Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped, including the tracking number.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:
United States: 3-5 business days (Standard) | 2-3 business days (Express)
Canada: 5-10 business days
Europe: 5-12 business days
United Kingdom: 4-7 business days
Australia/New Zealand: 7-14 business days

Order Tracking

International Shipping and Customs Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Drumfreak has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order. Refusal of a package due to customs charges does not qualify for a refund of shipping costs.
Third-Party Fulfillment
Our products are manufactured and shipped by print-on-demand partners from different global locations to ensure faster delivery times. This means that if you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, contact jhomarmm@gmail.com to arrange a reshipment (additional charges may apply).
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time or arrives damaged, contact us at jhomarmm@gmail.com within 30 days of the shipping date. We will investigate the issue and offer a refund or reshipment as appropriate.
Changes or Cancellations
